TANDBERG Television Earmarks Replicon, Inc. as their Employee Tracking Provider

Previously, TANDBERG Television relied on manual excel spreadsheets and paper-based systems to administer holiday requests. With more than 400 employees in UK, maintenance of time off requests and balances proved to be labor-intensive and prone to inaccuracies. As a result, approval cycles became a lengthy and drawn-out process.
According to Karen Duffy, business analyst of TANDBERG Television, they were in need of an employee vacation tracking software to help them "cut down the effort currently employed in administering [their] paper-based system where our secretaries handle paper [trails] from [hundreds of] employees." More specifically, they needed a solution that was Intranet based with approval routing.
Duffy explained that Replicon was their vendor of choice because Web TimeOff comprised of all the features they needed.
