Replicon helps Fulham FC score big by streamlining time and attendance

REDWOOD CITY, California — January 18, 2017 — Replicon, the leading provider in workforce management and time asset management solutions, is delighted to welcome Fulham FC as a new customer of Replicon time and attendance solutions.

Fulham FC is a professional football club in the English Championship Division that employs a wide variety of staff — from restaurant workers and stadium staff to coaches, security, and more. Their staff includes both salaried and casual employees, and many additionally work under multiple departments.

With salaried, casual, and cross-department employees all bound by different time-tracking stipulations, Fulham’s previous payroll process was extremely time-consuming in the compilation phase, with substantial potential for human error. This meant significant additional time was spent checking and rechecking draft payroll reports. Their manual time-tracking process required employees to enter their hours on paper timesheets to be sent to their supervisor, who then accumulated and approved all timesheets before handing them over to payroll for processing. Lost, delayed and illegible timesheets were a recurring problem leading to lots of queries from casual staff and resulting advances and corrections.

Fulham turned to Replicon to ensure their employees be paid promptly and accurately each pay period — and that it be done with minimal effort on their part. By automating formerly manual processes with Replicon solutions, Fulham will reduce administrative overheads and increase payroll accuracy, all while streamlining their entire system. Replicon’s advanced configurability to model time and attendance requirements spanning multiple departments, job rates, and employee types is a critical component in accommodating Fulham’s diverse workforce. With these capabilities, their wide variety of staff can all be managed under one unified system.

“With Replicon, our employees can take the time they previously spent on submitting, approving, collating, and processing timesheets, and redirect it towards their actual jobs,” says Ben Haworth, Financial Controller at Fulham, “We have a diverse workforce of over 500 people, so it’s a game-changer to have a tool that can be used universally across our administrative employees, coaches, scouts, drivers, medical staff, security, and many more.”

For employees on and off the field, traveling, or even off-site, Replicon’s intuitive interface and best-in-class mobile app allows them to input their time and attendance data from anywhere, at any time.

“We’re thrilled to team with Fulham FC, and hope to foster an enduring, meaningful partnership,” says Raj Narayanaswamy, Replicon co-founder and co-CEO. “Replicon is a company that thinks globally — we know that streamlining time and attendance is a challenge for companies regardless of location, and that the desire for time well spent transcends borders. Our advanced configurability for any region — the UK and otherwise — reflects this.”
