Replicon helps Fulham FC score big by streamlining time and attendance

Fulham FC is a professional football club in the English Championship Division that employs a wide variety of staff — from restaurant workers and stadium staff to coaches, security, and more. Their staff includes both salaried and casual employees, and many additionally work under multiple departments.

With salaried, casual, and cross-department employees all bound by different time-tracking stipulations, Fulham’s previous payroll process was extremely time-consuming in the compilation phase, with substantial potential for human error. This meant significant additional time was spent checking and rechecking draft payroll reports. Their manual time-tracking process required employees to enter their hours on paper timesheets to be sent to their supervisor, who then accumulated and approved all timesheets before handing them over to payroll for processing.
