Formed in 2008, Distinguished Vineyards & Wine Partners (DVWP) represents a unique collection of traditional and contemporary wine brands from some of the world’s most coveted wine regions.
DVWP’s portfolio includes the highly acclaimed Argyle Winery in Oregon’s Willamette Valley and MacRostie Winery in Sonoma, California. DVWP’s staff make up several roles across seven locations, including vineyard workers, winemaking & production workers, tasting room staff and a mobile sales force.
Replicon joins DVWP’s modernized technology solutions to help transform the manual processes used by their employee-facing operations into streamlined and automated ones.
By automating their time and attendance processes with Replicon, DVWP will be able to better manage employee availability, and report on productivity of the various jobs being done across all of their vineyards. DVWP staff will use Replicon’s patented CloudClock to streamline time capture across the dispersed workforce. With the ability to both automate employee clock in/out, and tag this to specific jobs at the different blocks and vineyards, DVWP aims to reduce administrative overheads, improve the accuracy of time/cost allocation of these jobs, manage overtime, and improve scheduling.
