Replicon Wins Double Silver in 2021 Stevie Awards for Sales and Customer Service

Client services team exceeds customer expectations while adapting to the new normal

REDWOOD CITY, CA & LAS VEGAS, NV — February 11, 2021 — Congratulations to Replicon’s Customer Service team for winning Silver Stevie Awards for Customer Service Department of the Year (category: Computer Software — 100 or More Employees) and Front-Line Customer Service Team of the Year (category: Technology Industries).

The 15th Annual Stevie Awards for Sales & Customer Service are high honors for recognizing the achievements of contact center, customer service, business development, and sales professionals worldwide.

This is the ninth consecutive year that Replicon has won awards in this category. Replicon’s 24/7 Client Service Team ranks among the best in the industry – and far beyond providing excellent customer service, it played an even critical role in adapting to the dramatic impact that COVID-19 had on the customers. By ensuring a first-rate experience throughout the pandemic period with enterprise support, in-app chat service, proactive case audits to flag customer query trends, and specially tailored training/webinars, it has earned continued customer appreciations through top-ranking NPS scores and numerous accolades.

More than 2300 nominations from organizations of all sizes and in virtually every industry, in 51 nations, were considered in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 160 professionals worldwide on nine specialized judging committees.

“We are both honored and thrilled to be recognized once again by the Stevie Awards for our outstanding customer service department,” said Madangopal Sundaresan Murthy, Director of Sales at Replicon. “It is a testament to our commitment to delivering continued value and innovation throughout this challenging time. By flexing our customer centric operations, we created forward thinking, equitable engagement models to empower resilience and continuity for all stakeholders. I am sincerely proud of the team and the discipline in owning customer issues end to end. We take great satisfaction in maintaining above average net promoter scores, consistently positive customer feedback, and same-day customer resolutions by offering around-the-clock customer service. Our customers are in the very best hands.”

“In the toughest working environment in memory for most organizations, 2021 Stevie Award winners still found ways to innovate, grow sales, please their customers, and secure new business.” said Stevie Awards president Maggie Gallagher.
