This is the eighth consecutive year that Replicon has won awards in this category. Replicon’s 24/7 Client Service Team ranks among the best in the industry – and far beyond providing excellent customer service, they play a critical role in the customer journey. By ensuring a first-rate experience with enterprise support, in-app chat service, proactive case audits to flag customer query trends, and specially tailored training/webinars, customers have repeatedly expressed their appreciation through top-ranking NPS scores and numerous accolades.

More than 2,600 nominations from organizations in 48 nations of all sizes and in virtually every industry were evaluated in this year’s competition. Winners were determined by the average scores of more than 180 professionals worldwide on seven specialized judging committees.

“We are honored to be recognized eight years in a row by the Stevie Awards for our exceptional customer service department,” says Maggie Deptuck, Sr. Vice President of Client Services at Replicon. “I am deeply proud of our team’s long standing dedication to prioritizing customer needs with around-the-clock support and same-day customer resolutions, resulting in our above-industry average net promoter scores and consistently positive feedback.
