Replicon Named SIIA Software CODiE Award Finalist for Best Human Capital and Talent Management Solution

SIIA Software CODiE Award FinalistSan Mateo, Calif., March 21, 2013 – Replicon, the global leader in cloud-based time and expense tracking, today announced that TimeAttend with CloudClock was named a finalist for the 2013 SIIA Software CODiE Awards for the Best Human Capital/Talent Management Solution. The SIIA CODiE Awards are the premier award for the software and information industries, and have been recognizing product excellence for 27 years.

This year there were expanded software categories, including 12 new and updated categories that reflect the continued growth and evolution of cloud computing, mobile, big data, and video. Winners will be announced during a special awards luncheon on May 9 in San Francisco during the industry's most comprehensive ISV conference, All About the Cloud.

Replicon TimeAttend is a cloud-based human resource management software solution that makes it easy to collect attendance and time off data to process payroll accurately, manage overtime and ensure labor compliance for all types of employees. Replicon CloudClock is a cloud-powered “smart” time clock software which combines full color, multi-touch tablet display with TimeAttend software to deliver a simple, yet powerful time tracking solution that ensures accuracy and reduces times theft. Replicon’s advanced time tracking capabilities and convenient, easy-to-use features help businesses address the challenges and costs of maintaining a productive workforce. Replicon research shows that with its cloud-based TimeAttend solution, compliance for submitting completed employee timesheets increased 85 percent within three months. Additionally, payroll error rates declined from as high as 8 percent to 1.9 percent within one year of implementing Replicon solutions.

“Today many companies are grappling with an ever-changing workforce, with full-time, part-time, flex-time employees and seasonal consultants, making it increasingly challenging to manage time and attendance and time off while staying compliant,” said Raj Narayanaswamy, co-founder and co-CEO of Replicon. “Replicon is changing the game by helping businesses of all sizes improve the accuracy and efficiency of their time tracking practices to increase visibility into workforce data and enhance overall workforce productivity.”

“The CODiE Awards competition was extremely competitive this year, and all of the finalists should be commended for their innovative products and services,” said Rhianna Collier, VP for the Software Division at SIIA. “We look forward to honoring the winners at our awards program in May at All About the Cloud.”
