North American Shared Services and Outsourcing Week

North America’s largest and best-attended shared services networking event proves to be a successful platform to talk about Replicon’s solutions.

Last week, Replicon exhibited at the North American Shared Services & Outsourcing Week in Orlando, which welcomed more than 800 senior shared services and outsourcing executives for four days of seminars, information-sharing and networking sessions. Replicon hosted a booth at the show and spoke with potential customers about its new solution for shared services organizations, which addresses the needs of cost aggregation and analytics across enterprise shared service centers.

Today’s shared services organizations must rely on a roll-up of project cost data from various sources as they account for costs. The process of transfering cost data into the master accounting system results in a loss of important granularity, such as who provided the service, what service was provided and who consumed the service. They have no accurate view into the cost of services delivered across multiple internal clients, and it becomes difficult to manage and approve various service requests. At the same time, business leaders have zero visibility into the costs consumed by specific teams, and no detail about what services were used.

With no global visibility into services delivered by various service centers within an organization, there’s no way for an enterprise to allocate costs effectively.

Replicon’s new offerings targets these pain points, providing detailed cost analytics and request management by automatically aggregating service costs from various data sources, providing summary cost analytics and enabling business managers to drill down to understand and analyze specific costs at the service-level.
