Corporater’s Time Tracking Goes Global

Corporater’s Time Tracking Goes Global

Corporater Inc. is a privately held company established in 2000 with its headquarters in Norway. As a major provider of Enterprise Performance Management solutions, Corporater helps businesses of all kinds effectively maintain organizational alignment and execute strategy.

Seeking a scalable, modern solution

With operations in the U.S., Argentina, Sweden, Romania, India, and the United Arab Emirates, the company needed a unified solution that would work seamlessly across time zones. Corporater had been using Excel spreadsheets to track and report time worked by employees and consultants, but as the company expanded internationally, this was no longer feasible and lack of accuracy was a concern. Managers were uncertain if they were tracking the right time for billing, and the company needed a better, more transparent way of invoicing their global clients.

Cloud-based solutions to the rescue

Corporater chose Replicon cloud-based solutions because they could easily scale with the company’s pace of growth, eliminate the need for cumbersome manual systems and processes, and handle employee time tracking across geographies. “I wanted the ease of use that comes from a systematic and automated solution in the cloud, and Replicon had that,” says Rune Halvorsen, President of Corporater. “We’re a global operation working across multiple time zones and currencies. We have to ensure outstanding customer service to clients wherever they are located. A deciding factor in favor of Replicon was that we can use it worldwide to support our international time tracking needs.”

Bottom-line results

Corporater now enjoys an efficient, easy-to-use time tracking system that ensures data accuracy and improved client billing and invoicing. They can track all employee time spent on external client projects, and report on project progress. Productivity has increased because consultants are spending more time with clients and getting work done, rather than spending so much time entering their hours. “Corporater is a growing company and we are happy with Replicon and confident in its ability to scale with us,” concludes Halvorsen. “Replicon provides the data we need to help drive our business.”
