9:30am — Culture vs. Compliance: How to Maintain a People-First Culture While Complying with Labor Laws

How can companies balance having a people-first culture while still complying with existing and ever-changing wage and hour regulations– especially with federal, state, and local laws sometimes contradicting one another? In this session, Trunk Club HRIS Specialist Andrew Anderson Devine, Facebook Payroll Director Priti Kung, Heluna Health HRO Tim Seifert, and Replicon CEO Raj Narayanaswamy discuss best practices to maintain a thriving, innovative culture while simultaneously abiding by labor laws, and leveraging modern HR technologies in support of these goals.
