San Mateo, CA, November 29, 2010 — Replicon, Inc., congratulates Lakshmi Raj, Co-CEO, for being announced as a recipient of the prestigious 2010 Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100™ Awards, in the Entrepreneurs category.

Canada's Most Powerful Women: Top 100 is Canada’s most recognized award for the country's highest achieving female leaders in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors. Lakshmi Raj joins a community of 522 women across Canada who have received the Top 100 Award. This is the third consecutive year Raj has received the award.

“Being recognized alongside Canada's most accomplished business leaders is a proud achievement for everyone at Replicon,” said Raj. “Without the hard work, talent, and commitment of our team, receiving this award would not be possible.”

Lakshmi Raj co-founded Replicon in 1996. The company is now the global leader in timesheet and expense-management software with over 2,500 customers in 80+ countries. The company's flagship product, Web TimeSheet, helps organizations track employee time and costs in real-time with the ability to generate detailed reports in seconds.

“Every year, we honour the exceptional female leaders of Canada,” said Pamela Jeffery, founder of Women’s Executive Network. “They each have remarkable achievements and the Top 100 is a mark of their success and how they have supported their communities, companies, and employees. Our Top 100 community is a powerful group of women who are at the top of their game, exemplify success and empower the next generation of women to take their careers to the next level.”

Lakshmi Raj and Replicon wish to thank their staff, the Women's Executive Network, and Replicon's customers around the globe for making this achievement possible.

Raj will be honoured November 29th the Top 100 Awards Gala Dinner at the Allstream Centre in Toronto. The gala is the finale of a full-day celebration that offers Top 100 Winners an exclusive morning of networking and professional development. The morning session will be followed by a Summit which allows participants the opportunity to meet Award recipients and enjoy an afternoon of professional development. The theme of this year’s Summit is “The Power of Collaboration and Connectivity”. Details are available at www.top100women.ca
