Previously, the head office at 1-800-GOT-JUNK? relied on one person to manually administer time-off requests, accruals, and balances on Excel spreadsheets and paper-based systems. However, as the company continued to grow, the maintenance of time-off requests and balances had become too labor intensive and prone to inaccuracies.

Sandhu explained that Replicon, Inc. was their vendor of choice because Web TimeOff (now Web TimeSheet Time & Attendance Edition) comprised all of the significant features they needed.
“Since it is web-based, all employees could log-in online and access the program” said Sandhu. The multi-level yet easy-to-use reporting function also highly appealed to them.
