Transferring project data to and from QuickBooks
Replicon offers two options for transferring project and billing data to and from QuickBooks:
- For QuickBooks Online
We offer a pre-built integration for QuickBooks Online. The integration allows you to track time and expenses in Replicon and transfer the invoice data to QuickBooks for billing. For information on accessing and using the integration, please see Transferring data to and from QuickBooks Online.
- For the desktop version of QuickBooks
We offer a Windows-based integration for transferring data to and from QuickBooks. For more information, please see the QuickBooks Integration Manager User Guide.
You can download the latest version of this integration from here:

(1) Although QuickBooks 2009 or higher U.S. editions support multiple currencies, due to a limitation in QuickBooks, transfer of multiple currencies via the integration manager is not supported for these editions. Also, when used with Canadian 2010 or higher editions of QuickBooks, the integration manager supports multicurrency transfer to vendor bills only.
I'm installing the QuickBooks Integration Manager. What do I enter in the Host URL field?
You'll be prompted to enter your host URL, along with your company name and user name, when installing the integration manager. You can find your host URL by logging in to your Replicon instance, and looking at the address bar at the top of the browser. Your host URL is everything up to the first single slash in the URL that displays.
For example, your host URL will look similar to this: https://na4.replicon.com
