  • Can I use the Replicon mobile app when I don't have an internet connection?
    Yes, we have an offline mode that will store and save your information until you are able to connect back to the internet.
  • How often does data sync between a mobile app and the web version of Replicon?
    Syncing between versions happens immediately. If you don't see this occur on your mobile pull down on the app screen to refresh.
  • Does the Replicon mobile app cost anything?
    Our mobile app comes free with the purchase of Replicon licenses
  • How long does Replicon take to implement?
    Every business is unique and implementation timelines are dependent on customer requirements. We’ve implemented customers in a matter of days, and others take a few weeks.
  • Is my data safe in the cloud?
    Yes, we have a rigorous process to ensure that your data is safe and secure in our cloud environment. We go to through several audits and have disaster recovery measures in place.
  • What are the system requirements for using Replicon?
    We don’t have any system requirements. Replicon works across all browsers and all mobile devices.

  • What do I need in order to sign up for a trial account?
    We just need your contact data (including name, email address and phone number) for us to get in touch. No credit cards are required.
  • Will I be auto-enrolled to Replicon after my free trial is over?
    No, we don’t require any credit card information to access our free trial. You will have to speak with a Sales Representative in order to purchase Replicon.
  • Can I use the Replicon mobile app during my free trial?
    Yes, to do so, you must download the free app and enter the same login information you set up your trial account with
  • Can I change the products I selected for my free trial?
