Unable to access the newly signed up Web TimeSheet application. Upon logging in as an administrator, the following error message appears,

"You do not have a hosted plan."

One of the reasons for this error message to appear when the start date for the Web TimeSheet instance is set to a future date.

If it is required to use the application right away then Replicon Support and send a request the relevant team to update the start date. After the start date has been updated, log out of the application and log back in for the changes to take place.
