Issue:
When users log in to Web TimeSheet, they see the message Generating timesheet but the timesheet will not open. This can be caused due to browser cache/cookies, proxy cache in the network or due to SSL being enabled or disabled in Web TimeSheet
Solution:

Clear the browser cache/cookies

Have the network administrator clear the proxy cache once

Following steps need to be performed to enable/disable SSL in Web TimeSheet:

Log into Web TimeSheet as administrator

Click on Administration tab in the top menu.

Under System section in the side menu, click on System Preferences.

Enable/disable Use secure browser connections (https)
-
Click on Save
