When users log in to Web TimeSheet, they see the message Generating timesheet but the timesheet will not open. This can be caused due to browser cache/cookies, proxy cache in the network or due to SSL being enabled or disabled in Web TimeSheet
  • Clear the browser cache/cookies
  • Have the network administrator clear the proxy cache once
  • Following steps need to be performed to enable/disable SSL in Web TimeSheet:

    • Log into Web TimeSheet as administrator
    • Click on Administration tab in the top menu.
    • Under System section in the side menu, click on System Preferences.
    • Enable/disable Use secure browser connections (https)
    • Click on Save
