Why can’t I reopen timesheets?
Permissions control the level of access any Replicon user has and the actions they can perform.
In some cases, it’s useful for supervisors and other managers to have the ability to reopen timesheets and time entries that have been approved, or are awaiting approval, so they can fix errors.
Supervisors – and payroll, billing, and cost managers – can be assigned permission to reopen timesheets by administrators, but this permission isn’t always assigned.
If you can’t reopen timesheets, but think you should have permission to reopen them, talk to your Replicon administrator.
