How do we remove timesheet access from users?

You give users timesheet access by assigning them a timesheet template.

So, to remove access, you must unassign timesheet templates via their user profiles.

You can unassign templates for multiple users are once. To do this:

  1. Go to Administration > Employees and Organization > Users.
  2. Check the box beside each user you want to remove access for.
  3. Click the Edit button.
  4. Click Timesheets in the side menu.
  5. From the Timesheet Template field, select <None>.

You can also mass remove access using the import feature.
