An error displays when I try to view an expense receipt

When you’re attempting to view an expense receipt, you might see an error like na3.replicon.com sent an invalid response, rather than the receipt.
If this occurs, check whether:
- You are using Chrome as your browser
- The file name of the receipt you’re attempting to view includes a comma (,) – e.g. California,trip.jpg
Google Chrome does not support display of files with commas in their name.
If you find yourself in this situation, either remove the comma from the file name, or use a different browser.
