After Web TimeSheet reports are exported to MS Excel, when these files are opened in Excel, the leading zeros are eliminated.

It is the property of Microsoft Excel to remove the leading zeros. Hence any cells with leading zeroes, will have those zeroes removed when the files are saved in Excel.

Right click on the cells in which you need leading zeros and select Format cells option.
Select the Custom under General Tab.
Type the number of leading zeros + number of digits in the cell, as 00000.
Eg: Custom value should be like 00000 if you want the value 00121

If a Replicon user is using the CSV exported file to use in any payroll software, inform the user not to open the file in Excel and only open it in Notepad if required.
