When I approve a timesheet, its status won’t change from Waiting for Approval
Rarely, a timesheet's status doesn't change to Approved when you approve it, so you keep getting approval email or text notifications.
The most likely reason for this issue is that the timesheet includes an unapproved time off booking.
Once the timesheet owner's time off approver has approved the time off booking, it will show Approved status. You shouldn't have to do anything to fix things.
However, if the notifications continue, you can contact your Replicon administrator and ask them to talk to the user's time off approver.
The timesheet status will also remain at Waiting for Approval status if the the timesheet is awaiting approval by a simultaneous approver. But, in this case, you shouldn't receive approval notifications after you've carried out approval.
