Adding and opening dashboards

Replicon’s beta dashboard feature allows you to share custom graphical representations of your company's data with other decision-makers in your organization.

To help organize the charts you add, you can create multiple dashboards. This topic provides information on viewing all available dashboards, opening a dashboard, and creating a new dashboard.

Currently, all dashboards that users create can be viewed and edited by all dashboard users. New functionality that allows you to control who can access and edit each dashboard will be available soon.

Creating a new dashboard

Before you can create a new dashboard, a chart must first be saved on the dashboard that opens by default.

To create a new dashboard:

  1. Click Dashboard in the top menu.

  1. Click the name of the dashboard you are currently viewing, located in the top, left-hand corner of the page.

  1. Click the Manage link in the box that displays.

  1. Click the Create Dashboard button, located in the top, left-hand corner of the page.

  1. Give the new dashboard a name, and click Save.

The new dashboard will open automatically, and will also be available to select from the dashboard list.

If you want to copy an existing dashboard rather than create one from scratch, find it's name in the dashboard list, and click the  icon beside the name. All of the charts from the dashboard you copy will be available on the new dashboard.
