Why can’t I reopen timesheets?

Permissions control the level of access any Polaris user has and the actions they can perform.

In some cases, it’s useful for supervisors and other managers to have the ability to reopen timesheets and time entries that have been approved, or are awaiting approval, so they can fix errors.

Any Polaris user can be assigned permission to reopen timesheets, using the Supervisor permission set.

If you need to reopen timesheets, talk to your Polaris administrator.​​
