You can include a comment for each entry in your timesheet. In the comment, you can include the details of what you worked on.

Submitting your timesheet using Replicon Mobile:
Anyone who uses a Polaris timesheet can enter and submit their time using the Replicon Mobile app. When you enter time via Replicon Mobile, the hours you enter will automatically sync with the web version of Polaris.

Once you’ve finished entering data in a timesheet, you’ll need to submit it so that your hours can be approved by your assigned timesheet approvers.
To submit a timesheet, click the Submit button located at the top, left-hand corner of the timesheet.
