How do I fix existing holiday bookings that include errors?

To fix existing booking:

  1. Fix whatever caused the error.

Refer to the Troubleshooting holiday population issues section of Managing holiday bookings for information on error scenarios.

  1. Delete the error booking or bookings at Payroll > Time Off Holiday Bookings.
  2. Go to Administration > CompanyHoliday Calendars, and click the calendar for the holiday.
  3. Click the  icon for the holiday.
  4. Click Add Bookings.

A booking for the holiday will be added to all users who have no holiday booking assigned.
