Logging in as another user

If you are an administrator, you can log in as another user. You may wish to do this to see what a user sees in Polaris, or to make adjustments to their timesheets, time off bookings, or expenses on their behalf.

To log in as another user:

  1. Navigate to Administration > Employees and Organization > Users.
  2. Click the User Name of the employee you want to log in as.
  3. On their User Profile page, click the Login as User Name link in the top-right corner of the page.

You are now logged in as the user and can act on their behalf in Polaris. This is indicated in the top left corner of the screen.

To return to your account, click the Return to your account link in the top right corner of the page.
