Editing or deleting a report’s time off booking
As a supervisor, you may be able to edit or delete your reports' time off bookings.
Time off bookings of any approval status can be edited. When you edit a booking, its status does not change; If the booking is already approved, it will remain approved.
To edit or delete a booking:
- Got to My Team > Time Off > Bookings.
- Click the user’s name to open the booking you want to edit.
- Click the Edit Time Off button in the bottom, left-hand corner of the booking dialog.
- Make the necessary changes and click Submit.
Or, click Delete Time Off.
