Transferring project data to and from QuickBooks

Polaris offers two options for transferring project and billing data between QuickBooks and Polaris:

  • QuickBooks Online integration
We offer a pre-built integration for QuickBooks Online that allows you to track time and expenses in Polaris and transfer the invoice data to QuickBooks for billing. For information on accessing and using the integration, please see Transferring data to and from QuickBooks Online.

You can download the latest version of this integration from here: QuickBooks Integration Manager

Also, when used with Canadian 2010 or higher editions of QuickBooks, the integration manager supports multicurrency transfer to vendor bills only.
