Why isn’t a particular task available for time entry?

If a certain task isn’t available on a timesheet, it’s likely because the Allow Time Entry option hasn’t been enabled for the task.

To resolve this issue:

  1. Go to Projects.
  2. Search for the project the task in question belongs to.
  3. Select the Tasks tab.
  4. Find the task in question, and click the icon.

  1. Enable the Allow Time Entry check box.

  1. Click Save.
