Sending Replicon a mobile app error log file

If you encounter an issue while using Replicon Mobile, the Replicon Support team can better identify the cause of the problem if they can view a log file from the app.

Before you can send a log file, your device must be configured to send email.

To send a log file to Replicon Support after an error occurred:

  1. Log in to the app, and tap the icon.

A menu screen displays.

  1. Tap Settings.

  1. ​Tap Send Log File.

  1. Select your email app.

The log file message will appear prepopulated in your email app.

  1. Send the message.
