Managing Replicon users in the ADP Marketplace

Replicon offers versions of our app specifically for use with ADP. Refer to Purchasing and configuring Replicon for ADP for information on purchasing one of these versions.

When you purchase the app, you’ll add the licenses you need, and you can assign the Replicon app to any ADP Marketplace users in your organization, so they can access the app from their My Apps section in the ADP Marketplace.

Or, you can add licenses or assign ADP Marketplace users after you’ve purchased the app. Refer to the sections below for information on how to do this.

Adding additional Replicon for ADP licenses

You can add additional Replicon licenses at any time. To add more licenses:

  1. Go to the ADP Marketplace (or ADP Workforce Now), and select My Apps.

Or,

  1. Click the icon that displays beside the Replicon app launch logo, and select Manage App.

  1. Select the Update Subscription tab.

  1. Update the number of licenses you need, click Apply, and complete the transaction.

Additional licenses should now be available for assignment to users you transfer to Replicon.

Making the Replicon app available to ADP Marketplace users

If ADP Marketplace users (i.e. those with credentials to log in to the ADP Marketplace) will be using Replicon, they might want to access it from their My Apps page within the ADP Marketplace (or from within ADP Workforce Now).

To make the Replicon app show up there, you need to assign the app to them from within the ADP Marketplace.

Other users who you’ve transferred to Replicon from ADP can only access the app via the Replicon login page.

Any users you want to assign via the Marketplace should be assigned before importing users from ADP within Replicon. If you assign users after importing them, you could create duplicate users in Replicon. If you've already imported users and want to allow them to access Replicon via My Apps, contact Replicon Support.

To assign the Replicon app to ADP Marketplace users:

  1. Go to the ADP Marketplace (or ADP Workforce Now), and select My Apps.
  2. Click the icon that displays beside the Replicon app launch logo, and select Assign Users.

An Assign Apps to Users page will display.

  1. From the Replicon for ADP RUN or Replicon for ADP Workforce Now section, check the names of the users you want to assign the app to, and click Next and then Submit.

All users you selected should now be able to access the Replicon app from their My Apps page in the ADP Marketplace or from ADP Workforce Now.
