How can I check the uptime status for Replicon?

We proactively monitor all Replicon systems to ensure our products and related services are always accessible to customers.

However, as with any software system, outages do occasionally occur. When they do, we restore access as quickly as possible.

Viewing uptime and incident data

You can view the current uptime status for each ‘swimlane’ where we host Replicon tenants at any time by visiting https://status.replicon.com. This page shows uptime statuses going back 90 days, and includes links for viewing historical uptime data.

This page also gives incident reports for any recent incidents that may have impacted access to Replicon and its related components, with links to historical data.

Subscribing to alerts

You can subscribe to receive alerts about outages and incidents that may affect your workflow.

To do this, click the Subscribe to updates button at the top of the page.

Then click an icon to subscribe to email (), text message (), Slack (), webhook (), or Atom or RSS Feed () notifications.

You can subscribe to incident notifications per swimlane. Your instance's swimlane is the three digits preceding .replicon.com in its URL (e.g. sb1, na7, eu1).

Accessing the Replicon status API

You can access the information on the https://status.replicon.com page programmatically via https://status.replicon.com/api.
