Scenario 1: 
Users might log into the Web TimeSheet on time but might forget to punch-in the timesheet. 

Scenario 2:
In some cases users might come late to office and might send a request to admin saying that they logged into Web TimeSheet on time but unable to punch-in the timesheet.
 
In the above scenarios Admin might want to run the report and see at what time users have logged into Web TimeSheet. Based on the report the Admin can judge the time and edit the time entries for the users accordingly.
 
Resolution:
User Access Detail Report will provide the Login Name of the user and the Login Time when and for how long users are logged in to Web TimeSheet using the new User Access Details report. This report shows who logged in, when they logged in, and their session duration. The report includes a Login Time Date Range filter that you can use to limit which sessions display.
