Reports are documents with present focused, salient content of a specific employee.  Reports are often used to display the activities on Web TimeSheet.  The report may be public or private.

Reports are designed to be accessed by Administrators, Project Managers, and Supervisors by default.  Follow steps below to deny access to reports section to employees other than Administrators, Project Managers, and Supervisors.

  • Login with Administrator privileges.
  • Identify the permission which you want to deny access to reports section (Example: Non-exempt Time and TimeOff)
  • Click on Administration Icon
  • Select/click Permission under User/Departments on the left pane.
  • Click on the Permission to be edited (Example: Non-exempt Time and TimeOff)
  • Click on Reports tab and uncheck all check box options on the screen.
  • Click Save to apply Changes.
