Why does the time transferred from Web TimeSheet to QuickBooks shows ‘0’ hours?

The time transferred from Web TimeSheet to QuickBooks may display 0 hours if your time format in QuickBooks is set to hours and not minutes. To change the time format, follow the steps given below:

  • Select Edit from the top menu in QuickBooks.
  • Select Preferences.
  • Select the Company Preferences tab.
  • Set the Time Format option to Minutes.

If you re-import the data after performing this procedure, the correct number of hours should display in the transferred timesheet.
