Error – ‘The profile already exists’.

You may encounter this error while adding a user on the TimeSheet application with the same User name which was disabled earlier.
Perform the following steps to resolve the issue.
- Login as Web TimeSheet Administrator
- Click on Users on the Left Pane.(You will see all enabled users on the TimeSheet application)
- Select the option Both from the drop down menu under Display seen on the right hand side of the screen.
The application will now list both Enabled & Disabled users.
To re-enable the account double click on the profile and Uncheck Disable Login.
