Log into Web TimeSheet with administrative rights.
Select the Administration icon from the top menu.
On the side menu, click on System Preferences under System, and check Timesheet Screen section, Specify location for client column on timesheet. Set this option to Right of Project/Task and click on Save.
Click on the Timesheet icon, to load the timesheet page.
Select the appropriate Projects/Tasks in the timesheet. Once done, the Client column should auto-populate.
Enabling any option under System Preferences will affect all users as it's a global setting.
