The Client Invoice wizard available in the QuickBooks Integration Manager, is for transferring time and Expense data from Web TimeSheet to client invoices in QuickBooks.
Use this wizard to transfer both billable and non-billable time and expenses via dozens of available field mappings. You can also use the wizard to create customized entries for the Description and Closing Message fields that display on the invoice, and to select information from QuickBooks that you would like automatically added to the invoice.
