Scenario:
An Expense sheet gets generated but the Project and Client filter is no longer available.

Cause:
This happens if the Expenses option within the assigned Permission is set to Non Project Specific.

Resolution:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet as an administrator.
  • Check the permission assigned to the user.
  • Click on permissions under Users/Departments from the side menu.
  • Double click the permission type assigned to the user.
  • Click on the '+' sign beside Expenses and change Enter Expense to Both or Project Specific.
  • Click on Save.
