Perform below steps if you want to delete substitute user access from a User's profile:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet with administrative privileges.
  • Click on the ‘Administration’ tab from the top menu.
  • Select ‘Users’ under ‘Shortcuts’. The ‘List users’ page appears.
  • Click the ‘Edit’ button next to the user name. The ‘Edit User’ page appears.
  • Select the ‘Advanced’ tab.
  • Scroll down to the option ‘Substitute User’.
  • Click the Red (x) next to the existing substitute user.
  • Click on Save.
