If you had changed employees hourly payroll, and would like to check all the historical hourly payroll data, then you can run the User Hour Details report.

To check the historical payroll information:

  • Click on the Reports icon from the top menu. Select the User Hour Details from Time Reports section.
  • Click on the Settings button, under Columns, enable the Hourly Payroll field in the General category and Current Hourly Payroll from the User category.
  • Click Save and Run report.
  • This report will display the employees hourly payroll data of the specified date range, both current and historical payroll data.

Note:
The users who are chosen in this report should have time entries made during the period specified in the date range filter. Otherwise, the report will display No Data.
