E-mail addresses can be added to the user's profile either by the administrator (by editing the users profile) or by the user himself. When a user changes his/her e-mail address on the Change E-mail Address page, the e-mail address is automatically changed in the user's profile.

To add or change your e-mail address:

  • Select Settings from the top right corner of the Web TimeSheet screen.
  • Select Change E-Mail from the side menu.
  • The Change Your Web TimeSheet E-mail Address page opens,
  • Change the Internal or External E-mail as required.
  • Click the Save button.

The Web TimeSheet user can have 2 E-mail addresses, internal and external. A users access to change these e-mail addresses is dependent on the users permission.
