You can upload a receipt image only for the expense sheet that has not been submitted or that has been rejected. Please note that the image file cannot be larger than 4 MB. Once uploaded, you can view, replace, or delete images.

To add or replace Expense receipt:

  • Select Expenses from the top menu.
  • From the Expense side menu:

    • Select Rejected if the relevant expense sheet has rejected status.
    • Select Expenses if the expense sheet is unsubmitted.

To add or replace an image from within Rejected expense sheet :

  • From the Expense Receipts column, select the Receipt List link for the appropriate expense sheet.
  • From the Upload column, select Upload Image or Replace Image, as appropriate.
  • Select Browse and locate the image file you would like to upload.
  • Select Upload.
  • Select Close.

To add or replace an image from within an unsubmitted expense sheet:

  • From the Description column, click the underlined name of the relevant expense sheet.
  • From the Expense Receipts column, select Upload or Replace, as appropriate.
  • Select Browse and locate the image file you would like to upload.
  • Select Upload.
  • Select Close.

Note:
The expense receipts feature is not available for use with Offline expense sheet.
