In Web TimeSheet, the time based reports include these three fields Hours Worked, Non-Project Hours and Total Hours.

The definition of these fields are given below.

Total Hours: If you are running a report to find the time entered by a user in a specified date range, this field shows you all the hours entered by the user in the date range specified in the date range filter. It includes Billable Hours, Non-Billable Hours, Hours entered against activities and also Time Off hours.

Hours Worked: This field will not include the Time Off Hours, it only shows the hours that the user worked. This field will not be available if the user has Project and Billing license only. This field is specific to Time and Attendance edition. If the instance has both Project and Billing and Time and Attendance, then this field will not include any hours entered against projects, may it be billable or non-billable.

Non-Project Hours: This field will not be available if the user has only Time and Attendance license. This field is specific to Project and Billing. This field when selected in a report will show hours entered in the timesheet without Project selection, that is any time entered against activities without a project being specified.

Project Hours: This field is specific to Project and Billing. This field will not be available if the user has only Time and Attendance license. This field includes only the hours entered against projects, may it be billable, non-billable or against activities provided project is selected. It does not include any hours entered without projects.
