Enabling DCAA compliance helps ensure that your Web TimeSheet system adheres to the Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) requirements for automated timekeeping systems.
By enabling DCAA compliance, you enable all of the settings required for DCAA compliance in a single step. Or, if your organization's audit standards only require that certain DCAA standards be enforced, you can use the DCAA Compliance tab to monitor which DCAA settings are currently in effect.

To enable DCAA settings:

  • Login to timesheet with administrative privileges.
  • Click on the Administration tab from the top menu.
  • Select System Preference under the System tab from the left menu.
  • Select the DCAA Compliance tab.
  • Check the box next to Enable DCAA Compliance
  • Select Save.
