Holiday time does not auto-populate on users timesheet.

This problem may occur when users are not assigned with the Time Off permission named Submit time off bookings.

To enable Submit time off bookings:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet with administrative rights
  • Identify those users who are affected with this issue, check the Permissions assigned to them by editing their profile.
  • Click on the Administration icon at the top.
  • On the left side menu, under Users/Departments section, click on Permissions.
  • Select the necessary permission type. (Edit whatever permission you found added under the affected user's profile.)
  • Click on the edit button the permission.
  • Under the System tab, expand Time Off and enable Submit time off bookings.
  • Click Save.
