Web TimeSheet Administrator can restrict users from changing their External or Internal e-mail addresses and following are the guided steps:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet with administrator rights.
  • Click the Administration icon at the top menu bar.
  • Select Permissions from the left panel, under the Users/Departments category.
  • Choose the permission to which the External & Internal e-mail addresses need to be changed. For example, the Supervisor permission.
  • Click the Edit button next to the Supervisor permission or click on the underlined hyperlink on the supervisor name.
  • Expand the Settings option.
  • Uncheck the Change internal e-mail address and Change external e-mail address.
  • Click Save at the bottom of the page.
