If you are having trouble receiving the payment receipts for Replicon licenses purchase made through credit card, then it's more likely that your email address is not updated in Web TimeSheet.
Payment receipt of any license purchase is emailed to the person whose email address is updated under Billing Address section on the payment information screen of Web TimeSheet.

To access the payment information screen, please follow the steps given here:

  • Log into Web TimeSheet with administrative rights.
  • Click on the Administration tab from the top menu.
  • In the left side menu, scroll down to the bottom and then click on Manage Account.
  • Click on Change Payment Information tab
  • Update the email address in Billing Address section.

This applies only to customers who are using Replicon hosted Web TimeSheet solution.
