In the Integration Manager for Microsoft Projects screen, you may not be able to find all the required icons or the options, you may be able to add projects to be transferred but may not be able to see the option OK or Start to start the transfer.


This happens if the DPI (Dots Per Inch) settings on your computer is set to more or lesser than normal (default setting).


Steps to change the DPI settings:

  • Right click on your desktop screen and select Properties This takes you to a screen where you have different tabs like general, themes, appearance and settings.
  • Select the Settings tab and click on Advanced. This takes you to a screen where you have tabs like general, adapter, color management, monitor etc.
  • Select the General tab and in the DPI setting drop down, select Normal size (96 DPI).
  • Click OK. After selecting,
  • you can restart your computer and then open the Integration Manager and you will be able to access all the icons.
