Scenario:
When you attempt to integrate Web Resource with Web TimeSheet, an authentication error occurs.

Cause:
Web TimeSheet is likely accessing more than one instance of Web Resource. When this occurs, Web TimeSheet cannot authenticate the connection, and an error arises.

Resolution:

  • Log in to Web TimeSheet as an Administrator.
  • From the top menu, select the Integration tab.
  • From the side menu, select Integration Setup.
  • Make sure you there is only one Web Resource entry. If there are more than one, use the 'x' icon (in red) beside Web Resource to remove all the entries with the name Web Resource.
  • Attempt to integrate with Web TimeSheet once again.
