It is possible to give the user the ability to edit Time Off bookings for the future, i.e. the time off bookings that haven't begun.

Perform the following steps to enable this permission:

  • Log in to Web TimeSheet with administrative rights.
  • Select the Administration icon from the top menu.
  • Click on Permissions on the left side menu under the Users/Departments category.
  • Edit the permission assigned to the users.
  • Click on the '+' sign beside Time Off.
  • Enable the Edit/delete future time off bookings
  • Click on Save.

Note:
In case you want to enable this option only for a group of employees, then please create a new permission based on the permission they have, enable the Edit/delete future time off bookings and assign the users with this permission.
